I worked out to this video this morning:
I ended with a 30 second plank in addition to the video. And did a follow up 5 minute stretch video as well.
I had a hard time picking one this morning and landed on this one. I find I prefer ones where the instructor talks and explains what’s next. I find it easier than having to watch to figure out exactly what they’re doing.
I drank coffee in the morning and water throughout the day.
Lunch: single serve flatbread pizza, raw vegetables, fresh fruit
Supper: Cheeseburger & Macaroni salad
