I spent some time organizing my workout videos so that I deleted the ones I don’t like and put them in an order so that I can cycle through them and not repeat the same workout 2 days in a row.
Today I worked out to this video:
What I liked about this workout is that it’s done entirely by standing but still a solid workout that made me sweat. It focused on movement and pushing through to the end. It also included some stretches at the end, which was helpful to cool down.
I drank coffee in the morning, water throughout the day, and had wine before dinner.
Lunch: sloppy joe sandwhich with macaroni salad (all leftovers)
Supper: Ribs, cornbread, corn & leaf lettuce salad
