Better Me Daily Log: May 16,2020

I worked out to this video again:

 

I drank coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day.

Went for a walk before lucnh.

Lunch: 1 PB/J sandwich

Enjoyed 2 long island iced teas before supper (1 full can of coke).

Supper: Bacon-wrapped stead, baked potato, roasted brussel sprouts and garden salad.
